scared of asbestos asap need reply inhaled burnt plastic

Sister burnt food in microwave by leaving the plastic on and it went on fire, we put it out but the smell is really bad inhaled it for a while went right to throat scared of asbestos what do i do?

you dont get asbestos from burnt plastic. absolutely impossible. stop using the microwave it is bad for you anyway. plastic smells bad when it is burnt but a food wrapper isnt going to cause you any harm.
