Could you give me some feedback please on my dizziness. I have a curvature of the neck i know but my dizziness seems more than that and comes on worse some times than others. My BP is fine and so if my pulse and i have done my blood sugar and it is 3.4, a little low i know but mine always is. I do have problems sometimes with my sinuses and have for years but have never suffered from dizziness until i started with my problems of anxiety two years ago. I don't feel anxious, am at home with my children and feel ok. Just really dizzy, perhaps a little shaky too at times. Feel like i'm drunk but don't drink! When i turn quick i lose my balance. ENT have ruled out vertigo and meniers, for now anyway, but do you think it could just be my sinuses, ENT said my tubes to my ears could be blocked but there is nothing they can do about that. Any ideas, it does frighten me as i'm not in control and i fear passing out and falling. Angie.x

Hi Angie,

Ive lost count of the number of times i have been to the gp about my dizzy spells, they really frighten me too hun at times, i have had them for 10 years on and off but i have never passed out. I have a doctors appointment again on Wednesday i bet he gets fed up of seeing me!lol.
Ive been told time and time again its anxiety, buts its so hard to believe when the dizzyness is so bad you have to hold on to things for the fear of falling over.
Ive been trying to deal with the dizziness using distration techniques, and breathing it does help, the dizziness as been alot worse over the last few weeks, i had cut my medication down which i dont think helped over the xmas period.
Hope your feeling better soon hun, your not alone.
