Hello, I have suffered from Panic,Anxiety and Depression for most of my life, but only sought help in 1996 after running from my workplace having had a massive panic attack. Diazapam and Amatriptylene got me back after 8 weeks, but after that it was a constant fight every year at the same time(November).
I bought a "S.A.D." light box, to combat the Depressive episodes, but panic attacks continued until I lost my job in April 2000. Still struggling, I have had 2 panic attacks today, managed to "come down" by using "Mindfulness breathing techniques", recently learned from a therapist.
Anyway, that`s me, 67 years old male, work in progress, How are you?
