bruise after squeezing blackhead!

Yesterday at the gym I noticed a spot on my arm ao I squeezed it, it looked a bit red after but today it looks more like a little bruise, now im worried because I know if.you bruise easy it can be connected to something serious! (i.c ant remembet which and I am trying not to Google to find out!) should I be worried?

I have had a big circle form a couple times I popped one of those on my arm. I just left it alone, put a bandaid on it so I wouldn't play with it, and it went away in a few days.
