Hi everyone
No one single thing I can put my finger on, but I've started to feel really low again in the last couple of days. Tearful, general aches and pains and the adrenaline causing the panic attacks has started again. I know I'm tired (although the sleep isn't as bad as it has been), and the general level of anxiety is rising again - probably because I know that the coming weeks/months are going to bring about some pretty traumatic changes. I think I've been feeling lonely too
It's probably not helped learning that although my GP referred me for CBT in November, I won't get an appointment until April. The chances are that by then we might not even still be in the area,
Trying to be positive but finding it hard.
That's all really - I think it's helped just putting it down on a post - getting it off my chest so to speak.
