lumps on back

ive had a stiff back a lot lately probably from being so tense for the last few weeks! or months who knows! anyway ive got some lumps one mid back right hand side quite big and 2 up the top of my back! anyone shed any light?

I thought so but what is the best way to get rid of them I mean the ache when I eat ext so getting a bit of a pain! thank you for reply btw im feeling a lot better then when we last spoke! been eating a lot and walking the dog ext! I will beat the dragon!

OTC things like Ben Gay, Icy Hot.... massage is awesome too but a real one, not an erotic one as brought up in another post.... that being said sex is a great stress reliever. Just be careful and responsible ;)
