Hi all, anyone have some tips in helping get some restful asleep as anxiety is ruining my sleep schedule or some ways to keep calm during busy hours at work. Been feeling really, weak,tired and shaky lately which I think is from anxiety.

Hi try valerian root suppliment with camomile. Also, benadryl since it makes you drowsy. Melatonin is another good natural supplement for sleep. These have helped me when sleep is difficult.
