before you go home see if it possible to get some more help I do not know where from but am sure there must be som eone who can give you more support.

Not getting out till tomorrow but they're happy to discharge me then if I go to my friends house and psychology appointment on Monday. Assuming test results are clear. Which I will! Rock bottom - only way to go is up.

Out now. At a friends house. I've accepted that I probably wouldn't feel safe if I went home on my own. Not sure about tomorrow night though, I need to be at my own house early in the morning.
