So I'm in a panic I took my sertraline this morning been on 100 mg anyway I been taking two 50 mg tablets in the morning and way doctor had give me some 100mg tablets and I took two by mistake thinking they was the 50 mg ones and I'm really weak and tired is this normal I been for a sleep
