I've noticed the past few weekends, when I'm in the living room with parents, and the heating is on, my anxiety gets worse (lump in throat and palpitations).
It doesn't help that earlier I had a can of coke, Venti Latte and 2 cups of tea (caffeine over load).
So does anyone else notice that the heat and warmth can be a trigger of an anxiety attack? As well as being a symptom too!
