Anxiety attack?? Throat and Tongue worries

For the past 2 months I've experienced a couple episodes where I get a head rush then instant burning/tingling on my tongue and throat like a reaction then get heart palpitations cause I'm scared I'm having an allergic reaction. Does anyone else experience anxiety attacks like this? That's what my doctor said it it.

I haven't had that personally, but I do get a lot of throat problems caused by the anxiety making it tense. I suggest if you aren't convinced that you get a second opinion, just to reassure yourself.

Yes I have had this a few times. I was really anxious a few days ago and after having my head rushes, I started to get a tingling on my tongue. This just made me panic even more!

Argh it's awful! Mines like a big wave of tingling down my throat at tongue and lasts for like an hour I truly panic I'm reacting to something and my throats going to close :(
