I have not been on here in months, and generally i am better than i was 12 months ago, but there is this knowing of how i have been, and how how i am now coming to that point, of the lowest point i was. I keep on going, but it is hard. Citalopram has been a godsend, but Xmas is always a tricky time. Staying mentally healthy is so tricky.
