Hello, thanks for reading.

Around 2 months ago out of the blue I began suffering from extreme anxiety and nearly continuous panic attacks. I found this website when I was at my worst and it helps (thanks!). I started on 20mg citalopram, and 40mg x3 of propanolol (which is a miracle drug!). Slowly weaning off propanolol however. I will just use as and when.
I'm on the long road to recovery at the moment, but support is always nice so I thought I would stop lurking!
