eye worries!

Hello! So basically I have just been laying in bed playing on my phone, when I roll over my left eye seems be to like 'cloudy' I close my left eye and the right eye is fine but the left is really dull and cloudy looking. Now I'm worried I'm going blind! Please tell me it's from looking at the phone in the wrong way or something silly, what is going on with my eye! It was fine earlier :(

Most likely just from looking at the phone! There is such a thing as glycoma (sp?) but that is something that takes weeks/months to actually get noticed, so if it is just a one off occurrence then I wouldn't worry. I'd most likely say eyes strain.

Although of course, it is perhaps best to see an optician, if only for peace of mind.

eye strain I have it at the moment from looking at the screen all day noting to worry about trust me eyes are funny things ive been walking along once at work and my eyes went all blurey and it scared me never happened again!
