Hello folks. My current diagnosis is GAD although I think I may have Ptsd too, will find out in a couple weeks. I've come to talk with you all because I'm at a loss of what else to do. I take amytriptyline (mis spelt?) and beta blockers for all the good they do.

I feel as though my anxiety is getting worse. So bad I nearly lost it completly today. I get dry mouth, black sparkles in my vision, i feel weak, nauseous, my heart seems do something akin to 'the river dance' I do have tools to prevent a full blown anxiety attack taking hold but it's bloody hard!

I have an 11 year old and a baby (7 months) so life is busy. I also am about to start a History degree with the OU. I need to chase the huge passion for history I have. (At least i dont have to leave the house)

I have four pets, two cats and two dogs. The bring stresses all of their own.

Anyways obviously there is much more i could say but figure that'll do.

I need you guys so i know its not just me! I want to learn how to deal with this ridiculous level of anxiety, also need a place to 'vent' Would love to get in touch with folk in a similar boat as me.

Thank you for reading x
