Hi everyone:D This looks like a very interesting forum :yesyes: I have spent practically my entire life dealing with anxiety, panic and depression and have always felt very alone, and now I discover this forum where I can can finally talk with other people that know what I am dealing with. I look forward to gaining and hopefully giving some info here!
