Hi anyone awake:wacko:
Just woke and straight away I am shaking my whole body is:ohmy:
it's like a rush of adrenaline any my face is really hot
I get like this a few times a month and it will suddenly just stop
as quick as it stared....does anyone suffer from these episodes and
know what it is....who's awake and would chat to me please, need
a distraction

Sounds like a sort of hot flush, I get them sometimes. Face feels hot for no reason.
