in a nail bar which didn't look super hygienic. They cut my finger somehow now I'm worried I will have contracted HIV or Hep or some scary disease :(

Instead of worrying, you can always go and get tested? A medical result/test done by a professional is the best way to ally any fears regarding this. In the meantime, wash your hands thoroughly and disinfect them.

Because I don't think it's healthy to rush to the doctors and get blood tests every time I'm freaked out.

Once I got my nails done in a nail salon and she cut my finger with the drill. It hurt like hell and turned purple. I'm still here, a few years later, with my finger and life in tact. Feel safe.

Well, was there blood on the person's hands? did you see him/her bleeding and did that blood go anywhere near your wound?

She/he would have had to have been bleeding too for their to even be a minute risk, and even then you would have more chance of winning the lottery.
