Metallic taste and tight throat please help

Hi there

I keep getting a yuck cold metallic taste in my mouth and down my throat it's a sudden rush when I have an anxiety attack or sometimes I have it on and off all day. Does anyone else get this? It's really worrying me. Also my throat keeps tightening and feeling like it's going to close. Is this anxiety?? Please help :(

closing throat is anxiety and it isnt actually going to close up-breath into your stomach and reassure yourself that you are pulling in lots of oxygen.
do you have a metallic taste or have you read about that somewhere?

It's a awful taste kind of like reflux but all in my tongue? Hard to explain I guess metallic would describe it. Thanks I wish my brain would realise it won't close :(
