After a traumatic end to 2006 where I spent 4 months getting the run around from various doctors, who caused me a great deal of depression and anxiety, I did very little except sit in a chair most days.
As each day blended into the next I felt comfortable in my little chair and used it's reclining action to get to sleep.
I now am suffering with aching throbbing pains in my back and down the back of my legs.
Doc says it is musular skeletal but when I relax, as in start to drift off to sleep, I get a shooting throb that wakes me up.
Now I cant sleep in bed because of this.
Has anyone else had anything like this?
Can anxiety/stress cause muscles to react like this?
