Hi Everyone,
After 35 years free from panic attacks I have had 3 in the last 12 days or so.
They seem to be different this time, I'm 66, therefore I quickly assumed a "so this is it" mentality, but it wasn't.
Now I must re-learn that what worked all those years back will work again.
Accept, relax-RELAX?, yes ,you can, adopt a "come on do your worst and I'm ready for you" approach.
Not easy I know, but try to think that it's just your mind playing tricks on you, and your body could well respond to your brain.
One small step at a time, and believe in yourself, we can do it-all of us.
