Has anyone got this problem?

I know there's a million posts out there asking same sort of questions but they are reassuring specially to someone like me who has only recently been told that after being checked out a million it's safe to say i've probably got health anxiety (which after seeing alot of problems posted on this forum I have alot of them, even the really strange ones).

Here's another one for this collection of worrying feelings, sometimes I wake up and have what feels like a mad rush of adrenelin, this occasionally is actually the cause of me waking up. Anybody else get this.

I can relate to that. I wake, feeling fine, then whooosh the anxiety kicks in

This happens to me too, quite regularly. In fact, its a good indication that something is really bothering me. You wake up, eyes wide open and stomach lurches, then 'butterflies' start. And you can't get back to sleep!

I try not to catch up on sleep during the day, as I then usually sleep better the next night.

Don't worry, I think this symptom is pretty common.
