Lymph node question

I've been reading about lymph nodes alot. I am not sure i understand what it means when they ask if your lymph node is mobile in terms of moving it? and if it is mobile, tahts a good sign right?

Yes, a cancerous lymph node would more than likely be very hard and stationary
