Had diarrhea woke anyone up before from anxiety :(((

Past 2 nights I have gone to sleep and woke up an hour later to rush to the toilet. Not sure if it is the wine I had earlier but don't normally have this problem. Convinced with this and being off food completely, nausea etc that I have pancreatic cancer, major freak out I just can't cope at all

Am the same iv got the runs again this morning it woke me up at 6 o'clock and iv bin 3 times already so your not alone .

So drinking on an empty stomach and going to bed... waking up with the runs... Hmmmm....
