Hi. I feel anxious 24-7. Been fine all my life but last few years its getting out of hand. Maybe in a hydrocondriac i dont know ?? I feel like i will have a stroke or a brain tumour ?? I also get this weird feeling of dripping in my head. i get social anxiety and cant go out. I dont feel like myself. Does anyone else feel like this /?
