Im not sure if in a hydroncondriac or i have anxiety and depressing. Dont know what causes my panic attacks and anxiety. I could have the lot ?? I suffer from guilt and worry about my dad who is terminal. Ive witnessed many things and this makes me worry when i get any ache or pain and get anxiety in public. Please help.
