flutter in throat

all day i have had a flutter like a butterfly flying around where my adams apple would be but at the back of it i cant clear it i keep drinking clearing my throat and eating it reliefs it for a second then its back anybody know what causing it or how to relief it i know im going to google i diagnoise myself with something as im already starting to freak out about als again after i keep getting muscle twitches everywhere including inside my chest :(

I have this put it down to wind or being over anxious, try sipping hot water

thankyou so much it went away on its own,keeps coming back randomly today will try hot water if it comes back :)
