Hi I'm 41 year old female from Notts area.
I'm looking for friends to chat to and swap advice.
I've suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for quite a few years now. I do hold a full time job, I live with my boyfriend of 6 years and have close family, most of my friends don't live near me now as I moved area and I have lost touch with most of them. It would be nice to chat to others who are in similar situation.

I live in the Notts area too. Like you, I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for many years and I am currently overcoming agoraphobia that developed as a consequence. I have also lost touch with friends and I am hoping to meet new people local to me & develop friendships.
