Hey guys I'm still buzzing around here on a daily basis and I hope everyone is doing ok
Does anyone have any words f wisdom for me?
Current symptoms
Hot feet, achy heels, lower back and bum 'burns' or is warm when sitting or lying down, not immediately but comes gradually. If sleeping in front wake with painful lower back which eases after getting up. If I sleep on my back then no pain.
If I lie on my side my sides don't get hot although my legs touching each other feel hot and in between my toes feels hot. Again not all the time.
Also sometime when holding my phone it feels hot but touch it to my face and its totally cool.
Freaked out. Sciatica? Worst and current fear is spinal tumour. I'm a total mess bit to look at me you would think there was anything wrong I work and keep it together for my family but inside I'm breaking

Oh and my face feels numb OR does it? Can't tell if that's how it always felt and I'm imagining it and when I shower in the morning my neck/left shoulder feels desensitised seriously when i read this back I need help
