Lower Left Abdominal Pain - Really Worried!!!

Hi all, so lately I've been having a localized lower left abdominal pain. It is sharp, especially with certain movements, and when sitting still it can throw a sharp pain, but typically is a dull ache constantly. It feels like something is there, there is no missing this! I'm really scared it's a tumor, cancer, or something really serious :weep:

Anyone else had this, and what did it turn out to be?

im not sure there are any organs in that part of the body are you on about just above the hip bone?

It's where the bowel is... close to the left side of my belly button... probably between my belly button and my hip bone. My hip bone is also aching SO bad! I'm only 27 years old, non smoker, non drinker...

Sounds like IBS, this can be aggravated by anxiety, it can also be something as simple as constipation, indigestion, if you said it had been going on for months with a big change in bowel habits with blood etc I could see your concerns, but pain can be less likely to be cancer,
