Numb leg/foot

Hi, haven't been here for a while but dropped meds down to half and anxiety peaking again does anyone else get numbness in there leg/foot (only my left one ) my doc said it was probably my back but nothing wrong with my back! wondering whether can be caused by anxiety? its not in my head i get pins and needles easily too -:shrug::shrug: any replies gratefully received

I've been getting this but in my right foot and all down my right side.
worried about all sorts of things but have decided that its more likely anxiety fuelled (ie the anxiety is making it worse than it actually is as I'm focusing on the symptom too much) and a product of lack of exercise, prolonged sitting in one position over the holidays and tensing my muscles. Maybe diets not great too.
I would not worry too much about thus at the minute. See if it goes away in 2 weeks and do some light exercise in the mean time.
