Lonely and struggling

My first post, and found my way here looking for company from like minded people. I am NOT after any relationships just someone to talk to on email, message and maybe one day text - you see how forward I am?

I have lost most 'friends' and family due to anxiety and panic attacks, nobody wants/needs to hear about it, so dont worry I dont talk about it (unless you wanted to share).

I am 48 and live in the North West.

Thank you. Last time I looked there was no replies so I gave up. If I can work out how I will message my email address. I dont look at it every day as it is one I have set up on the QT.
