Yellow tinge in corner of eyes

I have this yellow tinge in bottom corner of my eyes. I realized this about 2 months ago but didn't care much but suddenly today it made me panicked a lot. As I have a vague abdominal pain and moderate lower back pain I started being scared of pancreatic cancer.
I visited my family for new years eve and I was feeling great there but as soon as I come back to England I knew I would find a symptoms to be worried about cancer.
Has anyone had anything like this?

I would say that the best thing to do would be see your Dr he is much better qualified to diagnose you, much better than the forum as good as it is.
Not that I think its anything to worry about my other half has lots of yellow in his eyes and its nothing, Gilberts syndrome.

Thank you, I already made an appointment with my doctor for Friday, really scared me and my back pain is pretty persistent lately.
