hi andy here,

yesterday i read the my stories section and it changed my way of thinking, i have felt like a weak excuse of a man since this whole panic thing started(about 3 yrs ago) and have avoided anything that i think may cause a panic attack, the thought of me a grown man feeling totally isolated and vulnerable in a supermarket or in town (from derby by the way. anybody else near me?) but i read the stories of all those brave people and i remember, i have a strength within and it may have been subdued for a while but its still there and i will be normal again one day and get back to looking forward to the next day.
