First time in 6 weeks I'm having a panic attack iv had a nasty cold n cough for few days Avnt slept longer than 2 hrs a night I'm alone my 3 children are asleep I can stop shaking n sweating I thought I'd beat it but obv haven't I just wanna scream 😭

I hope you've managed to calm yourself and be able to get some sleep, I really feel for you. Having a nasty cold doesn't help.

I have calmed myself but kp Avin small attacks I Avnt slept since 1am I have to work in 2 hrs time plus dirt children out for school n I feel do drained n shakey thank u for replying . I hate this thing controlling me !

It's still with me a little I have slept for a few hours last 2 nights but still waking early with shakes tonight I'm dreading it as kids are with their dad and I'm hoMe alone trying to think of things to do but I have a viral throat n chest infection so can't go anywhere dr has put me higher doseage of fluoxetine it's the head pressure n pain tht worries me I had. Ct scan and MRI cpl weeks ago for kidney stones all was clear evn
My blood work part from the kidney stones but it's weird how anxiety tricks your mind to think something is still wrong xx
