Are there any older ladies or retired on NMP who suffer from accute anxiety and panic attacks kind regards

Yes me, I have acute anxiety. I have not had a full panic attack for a while now. But do tend to panic over certain things that start the anxiety. Never seems to go away.:hugs:

Thank you for your reply.I have always suffered from some form of anxiety,but since I retired it has begun to get progressively worse we have moved to a different part of the country too which I know has not helped kind regards
