I said I would try and not worried as much this year. I always tend to worry about my teeth and oral/mouth/oropharyngeal/tongue when I have got a dental appointment coming up.

I have been always worried how my teeth look including gums (I know I had the odd filling or two, a root canal etc but was important to stop the problem getting bigger) for 31 I would say I have problem seen worse teeth for my age range.

I would never avoid going to the dentist no matter what (the dentist knows I am scared how my teeth look and the big c word) my dental hygine has improved a lot, having a battery/electric toothbrush helps, but I still very scared of having what I call bad teeth.

The dentist I had was a child scared me and my sister but it was for our own good so we avoided having fillings when we were children, I had a few taken out because the dentist knew I could not carry 32 adult tooth in my small mouth, probably could only carry 26-28 (still got my wisdom teeth)
