capsule feels stuck panicking

I takin my capsule and it scraped my throat now I'm panicking thinking it's in my windpipe

I have forced myself to cough and nothing drank water and nothing

I'm really scared I will die

Why do you think you will die? Try to take a few breaths and rationalise that thought. Sometimes when we scrape our throats with something hard it feels like something is stuck when it is actually minor swelling around a scratch to protect it and heal it. This is perfectly safe. Take your mind off it with distractions and it will get better. Your throat may be going dry as you are forcing yourself to cough.

If it had gone down into your windpipe you would not be on here asking the question you would be needing the Heinrich manoeuvre.
