After last night

Well after being awake all night and having numerous panic attacks I feel no better took 2mg of diazepam at 1pm but feel nothing fuzzy head sickness neck pain and shakes are still here totally ad enuf now I just wana be my old self not feel like this anymore, iv tried cbt and sleep hypnosis nothings helping just feel lost , I have a cold and a cough thts probably contributing to the way I feel but jeez I just wanna sleep without thinking the worst !!! 😢

Aw I understand how your feeling, don't be so hard on yourself. We all have off days, try and do something nice for yourself, long bath and tell yourself it's the anxiety/depression talking xx
