I banged my head again twice today

So this is my question here it Go s how long to you have to wait to got to sleep and if you hit your head to much can you get a Brian tumour and also my head don't hurt that much now plus I was only dizzy

When my son banged his head he was very drowsy and the doctor told me to let him sleep. They now say that sleeping helps it to heal.
