Is it dangerous for a girl to wear a skirt in London during Winter?

I'm going to London in 1 week and I was wondering if that's ok to wear a skirt ( with warm tights underneath) in London. I'm going to be with my boyfriend, but I was thinking if there's more chance to be assaulted and if there's many "catcallers" in London.

It's 100% safe. London is a fashion capital and you can get away with wearing almost anything and nobody will even blink an eye. It's definitely OK. Any city has it's dangers, but I wouldn't class wearing a skirt in London as one.
