health anxiety

Hello all I'm new to this forum and I'm having really bad health anxiety I have a swollen lymph node under my rt arm pit n I'm thinking I have lymphoma cancer or some type of cancer I seen a doc n she ordered a cbc and a ultrasound Wich I haven't had done yet but the cbc I did and I haven't got my results I'm also having shortness of breath with every lil movement i do with pain in the chesT anyone ever had a swollen lymph node under ur arm pit n it be nothing serious any info will be apreciated
