Moving House and it scares me

I have to move house and it scares me. I am panicking all the time. I still live with my parents and I have collected a lot of belongings over the years such as books and dvds etc. These items are a comfort to me and I am scared to let anything go.

Don't be scared Dan Wales. Sometimes a move is a move forward in Life and a New Life. And, you don't have to get rid of anything. Take what is important to you and either pick the rest up later or put it in to storage. Good Luck. :)

As you said once I have moved and have my belongings with me I hopefully should be ok.

I am sure you will be. It is usually the apprehension about something that makes you anxious but when you do it, it is fine :)
