Forgot doses?

I forgot my morning dose normally take about 10 took it half 1 when I realised. Will I still be ok to take my afternoon dose at 3 or should I take it a bit later? Never missed a dose before x

what time do u take your nightime dose?
i would take it half way between 1.30 and wotever time u take them at night. If that makes sense. Lol
