All I want to do is sleep to forget my anxiety and depression. Some times I wish I wouldn't wake up.

I haven't slept for a week n it's taking it's toll I'm on diazepam and fluoxetine but no change atm I had an all night attack 2 days ago and have felt awful since dr said I have a virtual infection also headaches neausea loss of appetite and I'm just so damn Tierd I know how I feel Hun , no one seems to wanna hear me out I'm at breaking point now x

I went through this Dan its quite normal with depression,but on the positive side sleep is a great healer so no harm getting as much as you can
