Been on prozac almost 7 weeks now. This week been a hard week. I handed in my notice at work (I'm off sick) they been awful with me not acknowledged me or asked after me. Anyway i seem to have had a bad week with physical anxiety symptoms. Shaky, palps, nauseous all the usual. My mood is low today. It's upsetting for me as I was beginning to see improvement and look forward to things. Do you think the stress of this week has just put me back a little or meds not right? Seeing Gp fri
