anyone? really worried about this
If it's only prominent when you flex your muscles and dissapears when you relax your muscles it's a muscle hernia, nothing to worry about. I have the same thing on my shin. Fixed, squishy, only there when I tense my muscle, more prominent after a walk.

Did you ask what is was? From what you describe and your GP's reaction, it's probably a lipoma. Your GP is certainly more qualified than anyone here and you should take that and run with it.
Positive thoughts
Could just be knots in your muscles, try some stretches or get a massage.
not muscle lumps..also got sore underarms..think that is muscular
Are yoy checking and rubbing these areas?
yes i have been..it is sore on my chestwall and seems to radiate to under arm
