Hello, I am really having a rough time.
since October my eyes have been playing up, with my eyes experiencing a quick blackout like someone turns the lights on and off for a second.
went to a top optician at hospital and they're fine,
now the last week or so, my blood circulation has been bad, my feet and hands are getting extremely cold and take hours to warm up, also tingling in my fingers and hands and pains in my head.
I a surprised I have stayed as calm as I have, but now it's really worrying me, blood pressure is fine, second number on be is a little up but other than that it's ok.
can anyone relate? I wake up in middle of night with my hands tingling it's awful any replies would be much welcomed x
