Hi everyone - Had a session of my CBT today with my counsellor, she asked how I was doing on my meds.
Told her tht the prozac 20mg had helped the depression somewhat ,but I told her that I still had strong feelings of the health anxiety. She recommended that I up my dosage to 40mg and that should really help.
I'm a bit worried though about upping the dosage as im still scared of becoming dependant on them, also will I get side effects again by doing this, dont think I could go through that again as it was really horrid.
Any advice or info would be great guys.

Take care

Hi there, if you've got a few mins free, have a look at some of the posts in the natural section. You might find some ideas there. I can vouch for what I've written ( well, I would say that, wouldn't I and the data's been checked )

Even after I felt 'better' the ideas I've noted there took me to an even better place.

There are some really helpful people here.

CBT is good. From understanding comes change, we can shed the layers.
