Wanted to share this with you guys as it's really helping. Gp prescribed this for me and I could kiss him for doing so! It goes something like this : it blocks adrenaline binding to receptors ( layman terms) it has stopped the anxiety to all but manageable levels and had wiped out all the physical symptoms for me! It doesn't suit everyone and does cause a drop in blood pressure, so if thinking of trying do your research.
